WEDNESDAY 7TH MAY
1:30 pm TO 4:00pm
The halls forum is a 6 monthly meeting arranged by Gympie Regional Council for the committees of all the community halls in the region, to gather and share ideas and information and raise matters of concern with Council.
Each Forum is held in a different hall and everyone can see how that hall works.
It is Curra's turn to host the Halls Forum on 7th May and we are excited and proud to have the chance to showcase the hall and all the activities happening here.
We will be offering afternoon tea to our visitors, upwards of 60 people, and we want to show Curra's community spirit and hospitality by asking you, the residents of Curra, to 'donate a plate'. Sweet, savoury, fruit platter, sandwiches. All is welcome.
Help your committee put Curra on the map in the best possible way.
Contact Laura Johns to advise your interest in contributing. Mob. 0438 277 774

THE CURRA COMMUNITY HALL RUNS ON VOLUNTEERS!
The committee and all the helpers at activities hosted by the hall are all volunteers. We couldn't survive without them.
Volunteering is a win/ win situation. You feel good knowing that you are helping others and the people you help benefit from your kindness and support.
As Curra grows there are many new people out there looking for something to do. Make new friends, meet people.
The Curra Hall Committee invite all Curra residents to do something good for themselves and others by joining our dedicated team of willing volunteers.
