THE CURRA COMMUNITY HALL RUNS ON VOLUNTEERS!
The committee and all the helpers at activities hosted by the hall are all volunteers. We couldn't survive without them.

As Curra grows there are many new people out there looking for something to do. Are you one of them?
The Curra Hall Committee invite all Curra residents to do something good for themselves and others by joining our dedicated team of willing volunteers.

The October meeting on Sunday 26th was at Cal's place. Those who attended had a lovely time wandering amongst the flowers in Cal's English country garden. Although all gardens are suffering from the dry and heat at present, Cal's still had masses of flowers to delight the senses. A lovely morning, thanks Cal for your hospitality.
The November meeting on Sunday 30th, will celebrate the festive season by having lunch at the Gympie Sports Club. A booking has been made, so if you are going to attend, please let Laura know so we can advise the Sports Club of numbers.
This is a change of venue from the proposed trip to Yandina, due to the travelling distance.
The Curra Green Thumbs will take a break over the holiday period and resume in the new year.
The group meets on the last Sunday of each month at a different garden each time.
Contact Laura Johns for further information and to let her know if you are coming on the 30th Nov.
