SUNDAY 28TH SEPTEMBER
2pm till finished
The response to the working bee was a little disappointing. Not as many people as last time. I suspect that the NRL fixtures in the afternoon might have had something to do with that.
Anyway, with those few present we managed to give the hall its annual spring clean and everything is looking spruced up again. Many thanks to those who came to help.
The Green Thumbs changed their time to 8am for weeding to beat the heat and although numbers were disappointing there too, those who came made a big difference to getting the gardens back on track. Thank you.
The best thing about the working bee is that we don't have to do it again for another twelve months!!
